In addition, he noted that the first overall performance rating of governors will be a good help for the final ranking in 2015, because the results will be a point of reference for the calculation and measurement of results and dynamics "in a difficult, but very interesting 2015".

- The final ranking presents situational factors, situational changes that have occurred over the past month or two, to a lesser extent affect the position of a party, because we evaluate a set of results. We analyze the average results, after which we sum up them to avoid situational fluctuations so that the overall rating really reflected the situation in a particular subject through the final place of a governor, - he said.

In addition, Konstantin Kostin noted that there were no significunt ups and downs in the final rating.

- We can see the position corrections of some members in groups. One left the "group of death" , another, on the contrary, came in.
